We also have a completely optional mobile app, which is great for managing My Way Massage once you've set up your account. Clients can use any type of device, including smartphones and tablets, to book with you.

Q6: What happens when my trial ends?
A: When starting your My Way Massage trial, you will also be choosing your My Way Massage subscription plan. If you do not cancel before your trial ends, you will be charged per the subscription plan you choose. You will not be charged at all if you cancel before your trial ends.
Q7: Is My Way Massage available in languages other than English?
A: Yes! My Way Massage can translate 10 different languages for ease of understanding between your Spa and your Client! Languages include: English, Spanish, Mandarin, Chinese, Polish, French, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Hindi
Q8: Where do clients book with me?
A: There are a few ways to book appointments through My Way Massage. Your clients can book via the app, where they can make you their preferred Spa/Salon, they can book through an embeded page on your web site, and/or they can call you and you can manually book for them with in the app or via your web site.
Q9: Can I collect payment through My Way Massage?
A: Yes. You can use Stripe to accept payments and deposits from clients.
Q10: Does My Way Massage send email and text notifications?
A: Yes. My Way Massage can send email and text messages to remind clients of upcoming appointments. It can also send emails confirming appointment booking, following up after appointments, and more. You can decide if My Way Massage sends you notifications. Q11: Can I use My Way Massage for Protected Health Information (as defined under HIPAA)?
A: Yes My Way Massage is HIPPA Compliant. You can enter into a Business Associate Addendum (BAA) to make your My Way Massage account HIPAA-enabled.

A: My Way Massage isn’t available as a private label product for resale.
Q13: How do I edit a booked appointment?
A: You can update appointments through your Admin panel. Clients can also reschedule their own appointments vis their accounts on the app or website.
Q14: Can I offer a loyalty or reward program with My Way Massage?
A: My Way Massage doesn’t include a built-in loyalty or reward program, Yet. There are features you can use to reward loyal customers. Consider creating an appointment package that offers a free session when clients commit to buy in bulk. For example, you could offer five appointments for the price of four. Or create a coupon good for 100% off of one appointment and distribute it to clients who’ve been booking with you the most consistently.
